About Evergreen Food Factory
Korean fusion restaurant
Located at 1402 W Marshall Ave, Longview, TX 75604, Evergreen Food Factory operates as a korean restaurant serving Longview in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Longview is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Longview follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I recently visited Evergreen Food Factory and had a solid experience overall. I ordered the garlic soy fried chicken, the spicy chashu ramen, and a beef bulgogi plate with rice, kimchi, and fish cakes. The garlic soy chicken had good flavor—garlicky and sweet—but it wasn’t as crisp as I’d hoped and was slightly overcooked to my taste. The spicy ramen packed a serious punch with heat, which I can handle, but it was overly salty, which overshadowed the other elements. The beef bulgogi was well-prepared—flavorful and tender—and the accompanying kimchi and fish cakes were solid. However, the bulgogi plate had too much rice, which threw off the balance of the dish. Despite these points, the dining environment was excellent. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and family-friendly, and even the restrooms were spotless. I can absolutely recommend the place, and I’m eager to return. If they reduce the salt in the ramen and refine the texture on the fried chicken, I’d happily move my rating up to five stars. For now, it’s a strong four stars.

Everything about this place was a vibe. peaceful even in all the people in and out. Food is some of the best I've had. Definitely go enjoy. I really enjoyed the beef soup of the day, I don't generally care for tofu yet they have anointed hands cause I ate and loved it. The bao buns oh my get em. The half mozzarella, beef Kdog was one of the best I've had the outside it buttery and crispy soo yummy. I also got a Cali roll and it was good too.

What a lovely surprise! We are in Longview for a few days, and my daughter spotted Evergreen on Google Maps, so we decided to try it... Absolutely FANTASTIC food (and we have had a lot of good Korean dishes before, both in restaurants and in friends' homes). Fair pricing, generous portions, and I love that there's real food on the kids' menu too! I wish we lived close enough to become regulars, but we'll stop in every time we're in the area from now on!

This place was incredible. First impressions were that it was SO cute and aesthetic. All the staff were super sweet and knowledgeable. Food was out at a reasonable time and it was AMAZING 😍. Everything was super flavorful and authentic. 10/10 would recommend. I highly recommend the kimchi fried rice, spicy pork bulgogi, and the Korean beef stew. Bonus points: When I took the baby out on the patio to let her run around and saw that they grow some of their own herbs (green onions etc) out back so that was cool.

This place is a true hidden gem. We ordered the chicken catsup, and popcorn shrimp roll, macaroni salad, and the k-doll full cheese. All was so good, and fresh to order, we didn't have to wait long and it had so much flavor. They also have a cold case of homemade flavors, anything from sides, to drinks to dessert. We tried the Evergreen chai tea, green apple, and mango green tea. This is a must try and we will definitely go back to try more.
